Childcare and Education is looking for an engaged music teacher for Åsele Central School.

Responsibilities

You will primarily teach classes in grades 4–9 and participate in music arrangements organized by the school. You will also serve as a mentor for a group of students in grades 7–9 and be part of the lower secondary school's work team.

Qualifications

Working with learning at our school means working together with others. You must have the ability to work in a team and translate the school's vision into daily work. We are looking for you who are a certified music teacher capable of playing and teaching piano and voice. Guitar skills are a plus. You are engaged and willing to think innovatively with the student's best interests in mind.

Scope

The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period. The position is 50–60% with a great opportunity to work more. Start date: 2026-08-12 or as agreed upon if necessary decisions are made.
