We are a healthcare center located in newly renovated premises, centrally situated on Södermalm in inner-city Stockholm, with easy access to the subway, buses, and commuter trains. Together, we are responsible for a home healthcare service caring for approximately 200 patients, and we are now in an exciting phase of development. We are looking for you who want to be involved in improving and developing our processes within home healthcare.
At our center, you will become part of a competent team consisting of specialized doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and administrative staff. Our team-based working method gives you the opportunity for close collaboration across professional boundaries, providing broadened knowledge and a holistic perspective on the care chain.
Your RoleAs a District Nurse/Registered Nurse in home healthcare, you will have a coordinating and leading role in the support and care of patients in their homes. As a team leader, your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring staffing and resources within the home healthcare team
- Maintaining close collaboration with the Operations Manager
- Being responsible for weekly home healthcare meetings
- Attending external meetings, such as network meetings
- Sharing responsibility for clinical work with nursing assistants, including patient visits at home
- Working with administration and coordination to ensure that patient needs are met

About YouWe are looking for you who are a licensed Registered Nurse, preferably with further education as a District Nurse. Previous experience in leading colleagues is meritorious. Experience working within home healthcare is highly meritorious.

You have a good manner of dealing with people and find it easy to communicate with both patients and colleagues. Attention to detail and structure are a natural part of your working style, and you wish to actively contribute to continuous improvement in operations.
You enjoy working in a team and have good collaborative skills. You are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing. Experience with the medical record systems TakeCare and LifeCare, as well as prescription rights for medication and assistive devices, is meritorious.
