We are now looking for a Warehouse and Pharmacy Assistant for a summer temporary position in pharmaceutical services at Gällivare Hospital.

This role is suitable for you if you are meticulous, responsible, and thrive working independently in a structured environment where quality and safety are paramount.

About the assignment

• Start date: June 8
• End date: July 24
• Hours: 75 %
• Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–14:30
• Location: Gällivare Hospital
• Employment type: Summer temporary position
• Opportunity for extra work if needed, for example during holidays and festive periods

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack pharmaceutical deliveries
• Order medicines according to established routines
• Inventory and stock monitoring
• Shelf-life and date checks
• Warehouse maintenance and organization
• Safe handling of medicines in accordance with guidelines

Who are you?

You are meticulous, punctual, and responsible, and feel confident working independently. You have a structured approach to work and understand the importance of following routines. Experience in warehousing, logistics, pharmacy, or healthcare settings is meritorious but not required.

Requirements for the role

• No professional license or certification required
• Very strong sense of responsibility and orderliness
• Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Clean background check (criminal record check – "green")
