About the role

As Service Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of the workshop, spare parts, and customer reception. You lead a team consisting of 7 technicians, 2 service sales representatives, and 1 spare parts specialist.

We work with the concept of personal service technicians, which means close collaboration between technicians and customers – with a focus on quality, efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.

Your mission is to create a well-functioning and profitable business by developing working methods, monitoring key figures, and ensuring the right conditions for the team to perform.

You have full responsibility for:

  • Revenue, profit, and capacity utilization
  • Customer satisfaction and quality in the service process
  • Leadership and the entire employee journey (recruitment, development, salary)
  • Work environment and compliance with guidelines
  • Facility assets such as cars, tools, and equipment

Key competencies and skills:

  • Automotive technical education
  • Valid driver's license (Category B required)
  • Several years of experience from the automotive industry
  • Experience in formal and informal leadership
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to achieve business goals and develop/improve business processes
  • Performance-oriented and decisive
  • Takes initiative in business matters and always keeps business opportunities in mind
  • Clear and engaged in the business
  • Motivated by inspiring others and creating a good team spirit
