RESPONSIBILITIES: The position is a combination of order receiving, order administration, inside sales, and warehouse work.

As an Order Receiver, you will respond to and follow up on customer inquiries, enter orders, and create quotations. Customer contact is primarily via telephone and email, but also includes counter sales in our shop.

Warehouse duties include daily work on our warehouse, such as picking and packing, booking transport, and receiving and dispatching goods.

As a Technical Inside Salesperson, you will calculate quotations for countries with different currencies and customs duties, communicate with factories in English, and help customers with problem-solving using technical data, images, or drawings. This involves a lot of manual work, calculations, and logical thinking. The role can develop into a Key Account Manager (KAM) position with broader sales responsibilities.

We use personal service to build long-term customer relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Numerical aptitude and good calculation skills.
• Experience working with business systems.
• Skills in order administration.
• REQUIREMENT: TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE from education or professional experience in MECHANICS and/or ENGINEERING.
• Valid driver's license.

The position is full-time in Saltsjö-Boo. Fixed salary. Start date upon agreement.
