Active Rehab in Sollentuna is now looking for a licensed occupational therapist for a permanent position. You must hold a Swedish license.

We provide primary care rehabilitation under the Region's jurisdiction. We are a team of 25 employees: occupational therapists, physiotherapists, chiropractors, dietitians, and receptionists, collaborating to ensure patients receive the absolute best care. We work multimodally around the patient, which we see as a strength in our operations and in your role. Therefore, it is important that you can collaborate with colleagues from all other professional groups.

Your duties will consist of clinic work and/or home rehabilitation, depending on your competence and interests.

At the clinic, there are opportunities to work with, for example, work capacity assessments, lymphatic therapy, hand rehabilitation, daily balance, and group activities.

In home rehabilitation, you might conduct ADL assessments, assistive device evaluations, prescriptions, and fittings in the patient's home. This also includes visits to workplaces (e.g., Sodexo), memory assessments, home adaptations, and cognitive aids. We also provide advice and support regarding self-care.

Here, you work together with physiotherapists and dietitians, attending both team visits and individual appointments. You plan and structure your days together. The tasks are varied, requiring you to be organized, flexible, and independent. You must be able to maintain an overview of the patient's situation and prioritize your interventions accordingly. Since we work in the patient's home, it is important that you are comfortable visiting homes with pets and are not sensitive to smells such as smoke.

We have continuous collaboration with external healthcare providers in our vicinity.

The clinic is located right by the E4 highway, with free staff parking and public transport nearby. We are situated in newly built, fresh premises.
