About the role

Our partner is facing an exciting and extensive digital transformation journey. As new systems and project tools are introduced, a coordinating and communicative person is needed to support the work. In the role of Project Support, you will become a key person in supporting the organization, management, and project managers through this change journey. You will have a varied and developmental role where your administrative skills, your communicative aptitude, and your focus on change management will be crucial to achieving the goal.

Responsibilities

As Project Support, you have a broad role with a focus on communication, administration, and quality assurance. Your main tasks include:

• Active project support to the business's project managers.
• Creating presentation and communication materials for management and project managers.
• Creating and structuring test materials for system testing.
• Securing, coordinating, and booking resources for upcoming test rounds.
• Being a supportive hand in change management to help project managers adapt to the new way of working.

We are looking for someone who

• Has relevant experience in project management and project leadership.
• Has experience working with change management and understands how people and organizations react to system changes.
• Hold a university degree from a relevant education (e.g., in economics, systems science, engineering, or project management). Or equivalent knowledge acquired through work experience.
• Have very good administrative skills and are accustomed to structuring documentation and processes.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have

• Lived in or have an affiliation with Luleå.
• Background from large-scale infrastructure projects.
