About the position

You will work within the home care sector in Stockholm. Our customers are located in the local area, and we travel to them on foot, by bicycle, or by car.

Job Responsibilities

As a nursing assistant (undersköterska) with us, you play an important role in our customers' daily lives. You provide care, support, and service with a focus on strengthening the customer's independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supporting customers in their daily lives and personal care
• Promoting social contacts and well-being
• Participating in care planning as a contact person
• Documenting and following up on interventions in a safe and correct manner according to the decision of support

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have:

• Nursing assistant education (undersköterskeutbildning)
• Category B driver's license
• Experience working in home care
• Good knowledge of documentation and working in the municipality's digital systems as well as implementation plans
