About the role

As a Team Leader, you have overall responsibility for the daily operations of our tire and auto workshop. You lead and develop the team, ensure a high level of service, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and with high quality. The role is both operational and strategic.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and distribute work in the workshop
• Planning of resources, bookings, and workflows
• Ensure quality, working environment, and safety routines
• Customer contact and advisory services
• Responsibility for results, follow-up, and improvement work

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from a tire and/or auto workshop
• Has previous leadership experience or is ready to take the next step
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and business-minded
• Has good communication skills and enjoys customer contact
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) (required)

We also work with wheel alignment, AC, Approved Auto Workshop, Sermi, and we handle second-time inspections. If you lack any training, we will provide it. Does this sound interesting? Apply today!
