We are looking for motivated production workers for our wall manufacturing at the Concrete Element Factory in Norrtälje. Here, you will work practically, take responsibility, and help create high-quality concrete elements in a safe and structured production environment. Our production team currently consists of approximately 70 employees.

About the role

You will work day shifts, Monday–Friday, as part of an engaged team. The tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Reading technical drawings
• Building and preparing forms for wall casting
• Reinforcement (rebar work)
• Post-production inspections of built elements
• Crane operation

Requirements:

• Upper secondary education or equivalent experience
• Category B driver's license
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits:

• Experience from construction, industry, or craftsmanship
• Experience with concrete and reading technical drawings
• Crane operator certificate
