Linjemontage is a modern company in the electricity industry that performs contracting work in the field of power supply facilities from 0.4 kV to 400 kV. This can range from complex deliveries of complete transformer stations, delivery of power lines, to the replacement of parts of systems such as remote control, relay protection, etc. Our customers include, among others, electricity grid owners, industries, municipal and state administrations. Linjemontage has offices and operations throughout Sweden as well as in Norway and a branch in Croatia. We have just over 400 employees. Since 2019, Linjemontage has been part of Kalpataru Projects International Ltd.

Do you want to work in a business-oriented role where you help enable the energy infrastructure of the future? Linjemontage continues to grow, and we are now looking for a Bid Manager who wants to contribute to winning and developing our projects within the business area - Transmission.

Responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for coordinating and driving the bidding process from start to submission. You work on structuring the work, following up on schedules, and ensuring that all parts of the bid meet the established requirements.

You compile and quality-assure bid documentation, coordinate internal resources, and maintain ongoing dialogue with both technical specialists and other functions within the organization. The role also involves supporting the preparation of background materials, calculations, and other content required to create competitive bids.

The role involves many contact points, and you will become a key link between technology and business, where your ability to create structure and see the big picture is crucial.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in bidding, project administration, or a similar coordinating role. You have a structured approach to work, are detail-oriented, and thrive working towards deadlines in an environment where multiple processes run in parallel.

If you have knowledge within electricity, energy, or infrastructure, we consider this highly meritorious as it facilitates understanding of our projects. Experience from the contracting industry or work with public procurement (LOU) is also an advantage. Experience in international procurement is meritorious and seen as an asset in the role.

You have good communication skills and express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
