About the role

Our client continues to grow and is looking for more engineers for long-term and exciting projects within production facilities and quality assurance in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. You will be based at an office in Södertälje or Solna, with commuting included as assignments are located throughout the Mälardalen region.

The section you belong to consists of both junior and senior colleagues with a shared interest in technology and Life Science. The work is project-based and involves consulting assignments at client sites, primarily within the pharmaceutical industry.

Although assignments are carried out at different clients, the organization values a strong sense of community and close collaboration among colleagues. The employer cares about its employees and offers a secure work environment with good conditions and a focus on long-term development.

This is a consulting assignment where you are employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client. The assignment is full-time and permanent, with good opportunities for extension and potentially eventual employment with the client, provided the collaboration works well.

We are looking for you who

• Have completed an engineering degree with a focus on chemical engineering, biochemistry, and/or biomedical engineering, or alternatively another natural science education
• Have at least 6 months of experience in a role as a validation engineer within the pharmaceutical industry, where you have worked with GMP, equipment validation, qualification, and/or handling of deviations and deviation investigations
• Have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as you will handle internal and external communication and documentation
