WELCOME to our friendly health center.

Do you want to become part of our team? We are looking for you who have a strong interest in primary care. We are a well-functioning health center with 7 general practice specialists, 4 ST-doctors (specialist trainees), a well-functioning home care service, and a very active psychosocial team with 2 psychologists. We have nurse-led clinics for diabetes, hypertension, asthma-COPD, infusions, as well as a general nurse clinic. We prioritize continuity, and all patients have a named doctor. All planned doctor appointments are booked by the responsible specialist.

You will be assigned a supervisor and receive supervision for 1 hour every week, as well as ample opportunities to ask for help during your work. We have our own laboratory and Child Health Center (BVC) in the same premises as the health center. All members of the management group are clinically active. Job Responsibilities:
As a licensed doctor with us, you are offered a varied job within the broad field of general practice. You will see patients seeking primary care for various investigations, chronic diagnoses, and acute complaints. You will become part of our well-functioning team and have the opportunity to receive supervision and guidance from experienced general practice specialists.

Employment Type:
Fixed-term employment for 6 months, 100%, working hours Monday to Friday. Start date: September 2026.

Qualifications:
Licensed doctor. Previous experience working in Swedish healthcare and primary care is meritorious. Very good knowledge of Swedish.

The position will be filled subject to it not being needed for internal reassignment, according to current regulations.

For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Council (SLSO):

  • A register check is applied before the decision on employment according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for register checks upon employment.
  • Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a new employment health examination, according to current directives, which takes place through the occupational health service before employment.
  • In addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language corresponding to level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is required. The same requirements are guiding for non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
