We are looking for a developer who can take a leading responsibility for our solution development in Microsoft Power Platform – with model-driven apps as the primary focus, and canvas apps as a complementary area. The role involves structuring data models and building scalable business solutions.

Buildable offers products and services within digitalization and IT support for efficient and sustainable societal building. We offer innovative management systems, project spaces, and consulting services within IT, VDC, digitalization, BIM, etc.

About the role - What you will do

We have specialized in implementing task-based management systems for construction contractors and consulting firms. The system is built entirely within the customer's existing Microsoft 365 environment, without external platforms. This provides clear overview and control, an ISO-adapted way of working that actually functions in everyday life. We offer a modern, task-based management system that helps the customer meet ISO requirements, organize KMA (Quality, Environment, Safety) work, and create both thriving organizations and successful projects.

Buildable currently supports the parent company Qflow as well as some of its subsidiaries with IT partnerships and support. This will continue to be developed, and we see this assignment expanding both within the group and towards other customers.

Your tasks will therefore include:

• Help build and strengthen Buildable to become a leading player in IT partnerships "IT for builders, by builders"
• Act as a consultant for external customers where the offering is partly your own knowledge and expertise
• Develop solutions in Microsoft Power Platform
• Create and configure model-driven apps in Dataverse (tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules)
• Build canvas apps as a complement
• Design scalable data models that support business processes
• Develop C# plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript for forms and web resources
• Integration and automation
• Implement advanced flows with Power Automate
• Manage integrations with other systems (APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps)
• Configure and integrate with SharePoint Online for document flows
• Technical specification – document solutions and create materials for development
• Act as a support technician towards the group's subsidiaries and other customers

About you - who we think you are

• Have deep experience in developing model-driven apps in Dataverse, including table structure, relationships, forms, views, and business rules
• Can work with customizations and logic via C# plugins, custom workflows, or JavaScript for forms and web resources
• Are accustomed to handling advanced integrations and automations with Power Automate
• Have a good understanding of SharePoint Online and how it is used to support document management and integration
• Are confident in analyzing business needs, translating them into robust processes, and creating solutions that work over time
• Work carefully and systematically with documentation, version control, and quality assurance
• Networking and social – you are a person who sees opportunities in every project and has the will and drive to create upselling
• Communication is key – especially since we work mostly remotely

Meritorious:

• Experience with advanced Power Fx and canvas apps
• Experience with Dataverse security roles and more complex permission logic
• Knowledge of API integrations, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, or DevOps processes
• Experience training users, creating technical specifications, or acting as support in requirements work
