We are looking for a person who loves cooking and has an eye for detail. You should be flexible and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Your main responsibilities include cooking from scratch, assisting our head chef, working the pass, preparing food for the following day, and having strong skills in Mise en place. You must be able to perform self-inspections and have a good economic mindset regarding kitchen operations. It is also important that you are meticulous, organized, and capable of maintaining cleanliness and order around you, as local hygiene and cleaning are important parts of the role.

Tasks:

• Cooking high-quality meals
• Plating
• Ordering supplies
• Mise en place
• Maintaining economic control over the kitchen budget
• Receiving goods
• Dishwashing
• Handling according to food legislation and current self-control routines
• Temperature checks and food samples
• Cleaning
• Cardboard/Emabox disposal and trash hauling
• Preparing everything in the kitchen so it is clean and tidy at the end of the day
