Our client is an established player in metal recycling in Södertälje.

We are now looking for a service-oriented and structured customer receptionist who wants to be the face of the operation.

⭐ About the Role

As a customer receptionist, your main task is to receive craftsmen and business owners who come to drop off their metal waste and get paid for their materials. You guide them correctly, ensure proper handling, and keep the area organized.

The duties include, among other things:

• Receiving customers on-site and providing service during drop-off
• Evaluating and sorting incoming metal materials
• Handling weighing and system registration
• Supporting daily logistics on the yard
• Operating forklifts during loading/unloading (counterbalance or reach truck)
• Contributing to order, safety, and structure in the area

This is a role for you if you enjoy practical work, clear routines, and customer contact.

Merits:

• Forklift license (A/B)
