CHEF COOK WANTED – GRAND OPENING ON RÖRSTRANDSGATAN
We are looking for an experienced chef for a grand opening on Rörstrandsgatan.
You have at least 9 years of experience in kitchens with high demands for quality and pace. You are confident in classic bistro cooking and accustomed to working from scratch.
At our place, we work with a short menu where the focus is on making every dish really good – no shortcuts, no semi-finished products.
We are looking for someone who:
- has a sure palate and is meticulous in execution
- has a good understanding of kitchen economics and ingredient management
- is creative within the framework of a clear concept
- can work both independently and in a team
- is humble and solution-oriented
About the role:
- Classic bistro with a focus on food and bar
- Evening and weekend work
- Small kitchen, high pace
- You will have significant responsibility in the daily operations
