To our Tool Shop, we are now looking for a Toolmaker / CNC Operator.
We see new challenges on the horizon and are therefore looking for a skilled and self-motivated Toolmaker / CNC Operator for our Toolshop department in Landskrona.
Responsibilities
As a toolmaker, you are responsible for the entire manufacturing process from raw material to finished parts that are assembled into punching and pressing tools. These are used in our production of plate heat exchangers. The role also includes assembly and maintenance of tools if needed. You will work focused on CAM programming and CNC milling.
Well-functioning punching and pressing tools require precision work with high demands for accuracy and exactness. There is a wide variety of details, and single-piece production is the most common in our workshop.
Your educational background and experience
You have a workshop technical education or equivalent experience and work successfully as a toolmaker or CNC operator. You thrive with CAM programming and operating CNC machines. We are looking for you with experience in CNC milling. Experience with wire EDM is a plus.
We see that you, as a candidate, are service-minded, have an eye for detail, and would like to develop further within toolmaking.
Toolshop is a department characterized by team spirit and collaboration, so we are looking for a team player who sees opportunities before obstacles. In addition, you must have the ability to drive yourself and your work forward with a quality mindset, even under somewhat stressful conditions. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Initially, the position will be day shift for introduction and guidance, after which evening shifts according to schedule will also become relevant.
