About the role

Your tasks as an Assistant Trade Analyst will primarily involve general office work and processing, ensuring that daily administration runs smoothly. In addition, you will provide administrative support to managers and other employees, and maintain continuous contact with external suppliers. You will primarily work from bright, fresh, and modern premises in Solna – of course, with good Italian coffee!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Support trade analysts at the Stockholm office in organizing marketing activities and trade fairs.
• Assist in contacting Swedish operators and Italian companies via phone and email to promote business connections.
• Update lists of local economic actors.
• Gather statistics on Italian-Swedish foreign trade.
• Write press releases about important economic events.
• Report on the most significant production sectors.
