About you

You are a chef who enjoys the feeling of service, high pace, effective communication, and teamwork in the kitchen. You respect the craft, are detail-oriented, and understand the importance of maintaining a consistent standard throughout the evening, even when the restaurant is full and the pace picks up.

We believe you thrive best in a kitchen with clarity, rhythm, and a strong team spirit. You are used to taking responsibility for your station, working in a structured manner, and helping out where needed. At the same time, you are humble and contribute to a positive atmosphere in the kitchen, as we know that good service starts behind the pass.
