We are now looking for a careful and reliable warehouse employee for our client in North Stockholm, an internationally leading industrial company manufacturing sheet metal and steel components, with operations in over 50 countries worldwide.

About the role

We are looking for you who want to work in a production-adjacent role with a focus on warehousing and logistics for our client in Bromma, North Stockholm. The role focuses on forklift driving, order processing/warehouse administration, reporting in business systems, packaging, as well as inbound and outbound deliveries.

In this role, you will receive finished products from production, check them against picking lists and instructions, and ensure that the goods are ready for delivery. The work is an important part of the customer experience, where quality, structure, and efficiency are crucial.

You will become part of a tight-knit warehouse team where collaboration, responsibility, and attention to detail contribute to deliveries being made on time and with the right quality.

Examples of tasks:

  • Forklift driving (counterbalance, reach truck)
  • Reporting in data systems and handling of item numbers
  • Inventories and handling of order lists
  • Packaging and wrapping of products
  • Inspection of products for visible deviations such as scratches, moisture, and damage
  • Ensuring order and quality
  • Following routines and instructions for occupational health and safety and quality

Who are you?

You thrive in a practical warehouse role and enjoy working in a structured manner with clear routines. You are responsible, detail-oriented, and understand how quality and pace affect the entire supply chain. You work well both independently and in a team, contributing to a good team spirit.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse work, forklift driving, or equivalent
  • Experience with warehouse administration/order processing
  • Forklift license (A+B)
  • Swedish language skills (written and spoken)

Merits

  • Experience working in industry or production
  • Extensive experience with business systems, preferably Dynamics 365
  • Driver's license and access to a car
  • Experience with quality control or working with larger products

Other

Start: Immediately. Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Working hours: Monday–Friday, daytime. Location: Bromma, North Stockholm.
