Your Role

As a dental nurse with us, you work with adults, adolescents, and children with varying care needs. You contribute to an efficient clinical flow, excellent patient service, and a secure treatment environment. The role involves responsibility for preparations, setup, sterile work, and other clinical routines related to the practice. Other responsibilities include standard tasks such as assisting, sterilization, and sporadic reception duties with a strong focus on customer service. Furthermore, you share your experiences to motivate and inspire your colleagues.

The clinic in Solna is located in the heart of the city center and consists of 14 bright and fresh treatment rooms, equipped with modern technology. With twelve dentists, including three specialists in surgery, periodontology, and prosthodontics, we offer both breadth and specialist competence to provide our patients with high-quality care. Solna is also enriched with four dental hygienists working in close collaboration with the teams. The clinic is located in Solna City Center with excellent access to the subway, buses, and the tram.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive with us, you need to be structured, responsible, and have a keen eye for detail. You enjoy working in a team, have a strong sense of service, and often contribute to a positive work climate. You are also flexible and capable of handling multiple tasks in parallel in a practice where the pace can be high at times. We are looking for you with a completed dental nurse education and preferably with experience. For you, high-quality dental care is a given, as is professional treatment of both customers and colleagues. You maintain a high service level and have very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. As a person, you are positive and solution-oriented, even in challenging situations. You accept feedback and see it as an opportunity to develop. We highly value your personal qualities.

Employment

Please submit your application by June 6, 2026. The position is a permanent full-time employment. Probationary period may apply, and start date is by agreement. Selection is ongoing. We request references from your clinic manager if you have been or are employed with us.

For the interview, you must be able to prove your citizenship. If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to show a valid work permit, or documentation showing that you are exempt from the requirement. To be considered for employment, a successful pre-employment health examination is also required.
