We are looking for a psychiatric nurse who wants to contribute their skills and dedication to an important and meaningful assignment. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (BUP) works with children and adolescents up to the age of 18 with moderate to severe psychiatric conditions. Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Norrbotten consists of four outpatient clinics, an inpatient ward, the Safety Team which works with acute assessments, and the neuropsychiatric BUP team.

We are now looking for you who are a psychiatric nurse. It is meritorious if you have experience from child and adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, or related areas.

What you will work with

You will become part of an engaged and competent team at the BUP clinic in Piteå. The team consists of nurses, doctors, CBT therapists, psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators, and administrative staff. As a nurse with us, you have a varied role that includes telephone advice, clinic visits, and collaboration both internally within BUP and with external actors such as social services and schools. Teamwork and development work are an important part of the assignment – together we contribute to shaping the future of child and adolescent psychiatry.

Information about the position

We are now offering a permanent full-time position. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday. Start date according to agreement. Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

The position is within child healthcare: We apply register checks before making employment decisions according to the provisions in the Act (2013:852) on register checks of persons who are to work with children.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
