About the role

In the role of a groundworker, you will work with various types of ground and civil engineering works within both large and small projects. The tasks include, among other things:

• Ground and civil engineering work
• Excavation and restoration works
• Paving and cobblestone works
• Electrical and fiber installation
• Pipe and cable laying
• Concrete works and fine grading
• Work with green areas and outdoor environments

The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with other professional groups on the site. The role requires precision, responsibility, and a structured approach to work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in ground and civil engineering work or relevant practical experience
• Holds a valid B-driver's license
• Has certificates for Working on the Road 1 and 2
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, Finnish, or English
• Has good teamwork skills and a professional attitude

It is an advantage if you have experience with leveling lasers, pipe and cable laying, vibration work, or fine grading.
