Does this sound like you?

Our marketing team works closely with operations and business development – functioning as a small in-house agency. We handle everything from strategy and campaigns to ongoing content, storytelling, and visual materials.

Here is where you have a black belt:

• Content & Social Media: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube – ideation, content planning, publishing, and format development.
• Copy & Editorial Content: Texts for newsletters, campaigns, web, and social media with a focus on tone, message, and storytelling.
• Photo, Film & Visual Material: Photos and/or videos for social media and campaigns, reels, TikTok, behind-the-scenes, and more.
• Campaign Evaluation: Analyze results and optimize campaigns based on data and KPIs.

You don’t need to know everything. We see opportunities to match the right person with the right tasks and develop your skills over time.

We are looking for someone who:

• Likes to be seen and heard, and enjoys taking up space online.
• Has experience in marketing and digital advertising.
• Has worked with social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Has experience with both organic growth and paid ads.
• Is creative, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Has experience creating content focused on moving images/video.
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Has experience with Adobe programs, Canva, or video editing (meritorious).
