About the role

We are now looking for you who thrive on the warehouse floor, enjoy a fast-paced environment and teamwork, and are ready to step up when needed. This is a perfect role for you who want to develop, take more responsibility, and show what you are made of. You will work actively in production yourself about 80% of the time, and the remaining time you are responsible for taking attendance, handling absence notifications, and conducting feedback conversations. This is therefore a role for you who likes to be in the middle of the operations but is also ready to take on a bit more responsibility.

Your responsibilities

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who has experience from warehousing/terminal operations and is ready to take the next step, where you have experience of being operational and present in production. For us, it is important that you have natural leadership skills, making follow-up and motivation of consultants a clear and natural part of your daily work, rather than a task that feels heavy or time-consuming. Experience in following up on productivity and a good understanding of logistics are requirements. As a person, we would like you to be cheerful, forward-looking, and have a great interest in developing and learning new things.
