Are you a passionate chef with an eye for detail and a natural leader in the kitchen? We are now looking for a Sous Chef who wants to become an integral part of our team and work closely with our Head Chef!
About the role:
As Sous Chef, you are the Head Chef's right hand. You help lead the daily operations in the kitchen, ensuring everything runs smoothly and maintaining high quality – even under pressure. You serve as a role model for the rest of the team, both in terms of work ethic and passion for food.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is confident in a leadership role and enjoys taking responsibility
- Has a good sense of taste, presentation, and quality
- Can handle stressful situations with calm and structure
- Is solution-oriented, meticulous, and humble
- Wants to contribute to developing menus and work routines
