B2B Sales / Procurement Coordinator – Automotive Industry (Haninge)

Are you quick on the phone, enjoy doing business, and thrive in a fast-paced environment?

We are now looking for a person responsible for managing our trade-in vehicles and incoming leads that we do not process ourselves – by actively contacting other car dealerships and soliciting bids.

This is a business-driven role where your ability to build relationships and close deals directly over the phone is crucial.

About the role

You will work daily with valuing, presenting, and reselling trade-in vehicles and leads to our network of car dealers. The pace is high and decisions are fast – here it is important to be both structured and business-minded.

Your responsibilities:

• Contact car dealers and solicit bids on trade-in vehicles
• Follow up on all incoming leads for cars we do not purchase ourselves
• Actively call B2B leads and match the right car with the right dealer
• Build and maintain a strong network of resellers
• Present cars clearly and persuasively via phone and digitally
• Compare bids and maximize the deal
• Follow up on deals and ensure smooth handling

We are looking for you who:

• Are confident on the phone and enjoy doing business
• Have high drive and work quickly and efficiently
• Are experienced in negotiation or have the right attitude to learn
• Have a good sense for business and pricing
• Are structured and can handle many cases simultaneously
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)

Merits:
