ICA Kvantum Liljeholmen is now looking for a Operations Manager for Fruit & Vegetables – a role for you who enjoys pace, clear operations, customer interactions, and helping employees grow.

About the Role

As an Operations Manager, you work closely with the Sales Manager, other Operations Managers, and employees to ensure the department maintains a high standard every day.

This role suits you if you thrive in daily operations, enjoy creating structure, and want to contribute to the development of people, working methods, and the customer experience.

Your Main Responsibilities

You will, among other things:

• Coach employees in their daily work
• Provide positive and developmental feedback
• Serve as a role model in customer service
• Ensure optimal operations, routines, and daily checklists
• Actively work to reduce empty shelf spaces
• Contribute to inspiration through assortment, trends, demos, recipes, and events
• Work towards the store's goal of Zero Food Waste Vision

The schedule is primarily daytime, but weekends are included and evenings may occur.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who thrives in operations and enjoys combining leadership, structure, and sales. You are engaged, clear, and unpretentious – and you see what needs to be done.

We believe you have experience from retail, preferably grocery, and an interest in Fruit & Vegetables, customer interactions, and strong daily operations.

You are driven by creating order, developing working methods, and contributing to a department where both customers and employees thrive.
