Production Technician for Assembly

We are now looking for a Production Technician for Assembly who will play a central role in the continued development of our production processes. The position is part of the Production Engineering department and has a significant impact on how our products are actually created - from design to final delivery.

As a Production Technician with us, you have the overall responsibility for ensuring that the machines, methods, and processes in assembly are safe, efficient, reliable, and competitive, in line with our goals for quality, productivity, and sustainability.

About the Role

The Production Engineering department has overall responsibility for how the products are produced and simultaneously contributes significantly to the company's long-term investment plans, related to volume development, reliability, and continuous improvements in accordance with our strategy. The role involves close collaboration with, among others, construction, production, quality, and purchasing.

Responsibilities

Examples of tasks may include:

Prepare and improve work instructions and documentation for assembly and delivery
Optimize existing and develop new assembly methods and aids
Measure, follow up, and analyze the efficiency of production processes
Systematic work with the production system and continuous improvement
Update and maintain relevant databases in Monitor ERP
Participate in design reviews and ensure that new products enable efficient production
Analyze causes of quality deviations and contribute to lasting solutions
Purchase of consumables, spare parts, and equipment
Develop, follow up, and adhere to a maintenance strategy for the department

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who work in a structured and analytical way, and who enjoy being close to production. You like to take responsibility, collaborate well with different professional environments, and are motivated by creating improvements in practice.

Experience from production technology, industrial production, or similar is an advantage, but just as important is the interest in processes, quality, and continuous improvement.
