We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Specialist training in psychiatric care and/or basic psychotherapy training is meritorious for the position, as is experience from psychiatric outpatient or inpatient care.

What you will work with

As a nurse with us, you will work with interventions at a specialist level and with a person-centered approach, both individually and in teams. The work is stimulating and varied, with tasks such as patient interviews, rounds, and follow-up of pharmacological treatment. It may also include collaboration with neighboring care providers, telephone counseling, and work via 1177. Kalix Primary Psychiatry also covers Haparanda, Överkalix, and Övertorneå.

Tasks related to assessment and treatment may vary depending on your previous experience and education. You will participate in the development of the operations based on your knowledge. You have great freedom to plan your day based on the goals of the operations.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Start date by agreement.

Due to the nature of the operations and safety requirements, applicants must be prepared to provide a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority (criminal record check).

Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
