Hiring staff for our Persian restaurant for the summer – possibly longer

We are a small Persian restaurant with character, soul, and many loyal regulars. Our guests are like family – we welcome them into our “home”, and our service reflects warmth, care, and genuine hospitality.

We are now looking for a new team member who shares our view on service and wants to become part of our team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-oriented – this is a requirement for us
• Has lots of energy and a strong personality
• Performs well under pressure and is quick on their feet
• Enjoys taking care of guests and making them feel seen and welcome
• Is flexible with working hours
• Can work evenings and/or weekends
• Is responsible, reliable, and has a positive attitude
• Thrives in a small restaurant where everyone helps out
• Speaks English and Swedish

Previous experience is an advantage, but the right personality and feel for service are more important than a long CV.
