Do you want to work in a long-term, relationship-focused sales role within the machinery industry? Maskino AB is now looking for an engaged and independent field sales representative focused on building and developing customer relationships in Greater Stockholm. Field Sales Representative As a field sales representative at Maskino, you have a clear mission – to increase sales and strengthen our customer relationships in the region. The most important aspect is being out with customers, building trust, understanding their needs, and being present even between business deals. The role is independent and involves a lot of fieldwork where you plan your own daily routine and regularly visit customers in your district, Greater Stockholm. You work from home or from our branch office, which you visit at least once a week. The position includes among other things:
- Process existing and new customers within the region
- Conduct customer visits and create long-term relationships
- Handle quotations
- Follow-up

You have previous sales experience, preferably within the machinery, technology, or automotive industry, and understand the value of building long-term customer relationships. You are trustworthy, independent, and have an easy time connecting with people. The ability to convey the product's quality, reliability, and long-term value is crucial. As a person, you are engaged, resilient, and have the ability to see both the big picture and the details in the customer's needs. You are motivated by achieving results and have a natural curiosity that makes you eager to learn about both the products and the customer's business.
Maskino AB Maskino is the Swedish general agent for Kubota Construction Machinery and offers sales, service, and support of Kubota excavators, wheel loaders, and dumpers throughout Sweden. With headquarters in Munkedal and operations in Gothenburg and Stockholm, we combine technical competence with high service levels and long-term customer relationships. By focusing entirely on Kubota, we stand for quality, reliability, and strong engagement in every deal.
Requirements
- Experience as a technical inside sales representative or B2B field sales representative
- Computer proficiency (Office package)
- Driver's license B
- Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing
Meritorious
- Experience from the machinery, construction, or automotive industry
