Job Responsibilities

We are looking for substitute staff as needed within elderly care and disability support!

The tasks vary depending on the operation. Within disability care, you can work in a group home or in individual assistance cases. Tasks range from cooking, engaging in various activities with users, to hygiene-related duties. You work individually or in a group.

In home care, you work independently and provide care and service interventions. Tasks can vary from medication distribution to hygiene-related duties.

In specialized housing, you work in a facility within elderly care. Here, more advanced care is generally required for users, which means that as an employee, you will learn to work with more technical medical equipment.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who want to make a significant contribution to other people in the municipality. You dare to take initiative and are driven. You are confident in yourself and want to learn new skills. You have a good attitude towards both colleagues and users, which is fundamental for all care and support work.

If you have education within care and support, we see this as meritorious, as well as if you have practical experience in the field.

Furthermore, you must be able to master the Swedish language in speech and writing. This is partly to be able to communicate with users and colleagues, and partly to be able to document in our journal system.

A driver's license is a requirement for work within home care.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
