Are you passionate about service, customer relations, and leading teams in development? We are now looking for an engaged Site Manager who wants to take full responsibility for our workshop and drive our local growth journey.

About the role

As a Site Manager at Euromaster, you will play a key role in our organization. You will lead a competent team consisting of mechanics, tire technicians, and master mechanics. Your focus will be on creating a world-class customer experience while being responsible for the workshop's administration, results, and daily operations.

The operations in Kungens Kurva are diverse, with a strong presence in both retail (passenger cars) and truck services. We see a bright future and are looking for a leader who is motivated by building on our strong position and who has the ability to prepare the business for future expansion and higher volumes, as well as develop our vehicle service.

Your main responsibilities:

• Leadership: Coach, motivate, and develop your employees to achieve set goals and maintain a good team spirit.
• Customer Focus & Expertise: Ensure high quality and honesty in all customer interactions – our core values are central to everything we do.
• Business Acumen: Be responsible for budget, results, and administrative structure.
• Development Work: Proactively work on optimizing processes and preparing the workshop for future growth.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience in leadership with personnel responsibility, preferably from a workshop environment or similar service industry.
• The ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees to create a strong and effective team.
• A strong focus on customer management and business development, with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Good knowledge of occupational health and safety, as well as the ability to follow relevant laws and regulations.
• The ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work efficiently.
• Experience with budget responsibility and monitoring of economic goals.
• Good administrative skills.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from sales or the role of service advisor.
• A technical background, preferably from the automotive industry.

A B-driver's license is required.
