🚀 Your role – the heart of the customer meeting

As a cashier supervisor, you are a key person in the store. You lead the cashier team, create energy, and ensure that every customer receives a fast, smooth, and positive experience.

• Lead, inspire, and coach the cashier team in daily operations
• Ensure high service standards and efficient customer flow
• Be a reliable point of contact for questions, returns, and customer issues
• Be responsible for cash reporting and routines
• Introduce and develop new employees
• Contribute to a positive work environment where everyone feels welcome
