Registered Nurse (Part-time) at Tryggakliniken – Remote Work with Telephone Advice and Digital Care

We are now looking for a Registered Nurse for a part-time position with remote work. The role primarily involves telephone advice and patient contact via our digital platform TryggaOnline as well as 1177. You will become an important part of a team that dares to test new things while valuing quality, patient safety, and a good patient experience.

In this role, you will meet patients through digital channels and via telephone. You will work closely with colleagues from various professions and contribute to creating clear, safe, and efficient ways of working. Using digital tools, we help the patient from first contact to follow-up and self-care support, while working systematically to prioritize correctly and reduce waiting times.

We are looking for someone who is curious, confident in their competence, and enjoys working independently and systematically. You are accustomed to providing professional advice, making assessments, and creating a sense of security in patient interactions, even when the contact is remote. You are comfortable with digital tools and see the potential in standardized workflows, uniform documentation, and modern digital healthcare.
