Do you want to work in a work-oriented, structured manner with a focus on function, health, and sustainable work capacity? Capio Hjärnhälsan is now looking for an Occupational Therapist on a part-time basis (initially approx. 50%), who wants to help develop our work within privately and insurance-funded psychiatry and rehabilitation. At our clinic, we conduct neuropsychiatric assessments, treatments, rehabilitation, and evaluations. We work with both children and adults.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist with us, you play a central role in assessment and support regarding function in daily life and work. You work closely with the individual and in a team together with doctors, psychologists, and rehabilitation counselors, with assignments often linked to work capacity, rehabilitation, and early interventions.

The work is characterized by a health-promoting and preventive perspective, where the goal is to strengthen the individual's prerequisites for functioning sustainably in working life and daily life.

Responsibilities

The role includes, among other things:

• Conducting functional assessments focusing on cognitive, mental, and activity-related function
• Performing workplace analyses and work requirement assessments
• Participating in health and rehabilitation mapping
• Working with structure, planning, activity balance, and energy management
• Supporting individuals in job adaptation and gradual return to work
• Contributing to career planning and transition processes
• Collaborating with employers and insurance actors when necessary
• Documenting systematically and producing clear decision and planning support materials

Target Groups and Assignments

You will primarily meet adult patients within private and insurance sectors, often with:

• Stress-related illness and burnout
• Mental health issues affecting work capacity
• Pain and aches with functional impairment
• Neuropsychiatric difficulties in working life

We are looking for you who

• Are a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Have an interest in or experience with work-oriented rehabilitation
• Thrive in a consultative and structured way of working
• Are confident in independent work but value teamwork
• Have good skills in documentation and professional written communication
• See the value of early, sustainable interventions rather than "heavy rehab"

Education in rehabilitation coordination and experience in occupational health, insurance medicine, or psychiatry is meritorious but not a requirement.
