Laponia Health Centre is one of 25 health centres in Norrbotten – a workplace where continuous improvement and a good working environment are a natural part of everyday life. We strive to be at the forefront for the benefit of our patients and are developing primary care of the future together. Among our staff are specialist doctors, ST doctors, AT doctors, BT doctors, district nurses, reception nurses, assistant nurses, medical secretaries, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, counsellors, and staff within child and maternal health care. We have approximately 9,500 registered citizens and an engaged team of about 40 employees. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute your skills in a secure and developmental context.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who are an ST doctor or a general practitioner. It is an advantage if you have experience working in the field and if you have knowledge of the medical record system Cosmic. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. As a person, you are flexible, structured, and communicative. You value and see the benefit of collaboration with others.

What you will work with

At Laponia Health Centre, you will meet a wide variety of patients of different ages and life situations, as primary care is the first line of healthcare. The tasks cover the entire general medical competence, and you will play an important role in supervising medical students, AT doctors, BT doctors, and ST doctors, as well as other staff. We value knowledge exchange and learning in everyday life.

We work in teams, and continuity is important. Each doctor has a defined list of patients.

We have a well-developed way of working with good structure regarding rounds to our special housing facilities and home care services.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position, daytime hours. Start date according to agreement.

Selection and interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreement.
