The role of Pharmacist is a distinctly operational position where your primary task is to focus on driving sales in the store together with the rest of the sales team. You have an active and coaching role to best support your colleagues in the field of professional skincare. The role, together with the sales team, is fully focused on driving sales towards set sales targets, budget, and key figures. As a Pharmacist, you are expected to have high self-drive and great personal engagement, where sales, service, and results always rank highest on the priority list. You work with selling and marketing KICKS products and services primarily within Professional Skincare, but just like the rest of the team, you are expected to work seamlessly across all product areas, in accordance with The KICKS Way. In this role, you report to the Flagship Store Manager. Working in accordance with The KICKS Way means that you always put the customer first, you work in line with our vision, business idea, and our values. By having a sales focus in everything you do, you contribute to the store's results and goals. You are also expected to be creative and solution-oriented with the attitude that anything is possible. In the role of Pharmacist, we see that you will:
- Support your colleagues with your expertise as a pharmacist within the professional skincare concept.
- Actively focus on the company's key figures and take action in case of deviations.
- Ensure that ongoing administration and routines are performed according to KICKS rules and policies.
- Contribute to a good working environment and safety at the workplace, in accordance with The KICKS Way.
- Actively work to make KICKS an attractive employer.
- Contribute to creating a desire-driven sales environment towards the customer based on display instructions (planograms) and the concept.
- Meet every visitor to ensure the best customer meeting in accordance with The KICKS Way.
- Actively sell KICKS products and services, and perform the services included in the KICKS offer, based on your competence.
- Contribute to order and tidiness in the store.
- Contribute to keeping the store fresh and fronted, with a replenished assortment.
- Work in accordance with the established routine schedule for the store.
- Loves sales and the meeting with the customer, and has a basic interest in Professional Skincare and KICKS products.
- Is sensitive and has the ability to see the customer's needs.
- As a colleague and employee, you contribute to a good working environment and a good work climate, cooperation, and well-being.
- Are educated as a pharmacist.
- Have good IT skills, as well as basic knowledge of the Office suite parts, primarily Word and PowerPoint.
- The desire and ability to act as an ambassador for KICKS' Professional Skincare concept.
- Experience and familiarity with sales and customer meetings within the cosmetics industry.
- Interest in Visual Merchandising.
- Interest and knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
