We are an established moving company that is growing. We assist private individuals and businesses with everything from household moves to heavy piano transports, storage, and disposal. We are in an exciting phase of development and are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented foreman who wants to grow with us.

About the role

As a foreman here, you play a key role. You are responsible for ensuring that moving assignments are carried out safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality. You lead your team on-site at the customer's location, plan the work, and ensure that customer needs are met in the best possible way.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute work within the moving team on assignments.
• Responsible for safe loading, unloading, and transport.
• Customer contact and service on-site.
• Ensure that vehicles and equipment are kept in good condition.
• Reporting to the operations manager.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the moving industry.
• Has experience in personnel management (meritorious) and good physical fitness.
• Is a responsible, service-oriented, and clear leader.
• Has a structured work approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel.
