Here, you will work close to production, handling both emergency repairs, preventive maintenance, and improvement projects in a broad and varied role where curiosity and practical knowledge are highly valued.

YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

As a Maintenance Technician, you will work broadly with the maintenance and troubleshooting of the company's machinery and production equipment. One moment you might be in the middle of an emergency breakdown, and the next you are working preventively to avoid future stoppages.

The position is day-shift based, but since production runs 24/7, new challenges often await in the morning following the night shift.

The work includes, among other things:

• Emergency repairs and troubleshooting during downtime
• Preventive maintenance of machines and equipment
• Handling various alarms and control systems
• Improvement and development work when production is running smoothly
• Some welding when needed

The environment is dynamic, so this role is perfect for you who thrive on variety and do not need full control over exactly how the day will unfold.

WHO ARE YOU?

We believe you have a strong technical interest and enjoy understanding how things work. You are solution-oriented, curious, and like working with your hands.

To succeed in this role, we would appreciate experience such as CNC operator, repair technician, or maintenance technician. Experience working closely with CNC machines is a definite plus.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in mechanical work and troubleshooting
• Proficiency in tightening and repairing machines
• Understanding of control systems and machine alarms
• Advantageous with experience in MaintMaster
• Advantageous with experience in Monitor
• Advantageous with welding skills

However, the most important factor is your attitude. You need to be flexible and comfortable in a daily routine where you sometimes have to drop what you are doing to solve something more urgent.
