You will work for a well-known and established company in the environmental and recycling industry, contributing to a more sustainable society. The assignment is located at the office in Väderholmen, Sollentuna, where you will become part of an engaged IT support team. As an IT Support Technician, you will work closely with the business operations and ensure that the organization's IT environment runs smoothly in everyday life. Your responsibilities will include: • Handling tickets from across the organization via the ticketing system • Providing support in both 1st and 2nd line • Troubleshooting hardware and technical issues • Assisting users with questions related to the Microsoft environment and IT equipment • Work is primarily on-site, with occasional visits to other facilities We are looking for someone who: • Has at least 2 years of experience as an IT Support Technician or in a Service Desk role • Has good knowledge of Microsoft 365, hardware, and Android • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English • Is service-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in a support-oriented role • Has a structured work approach and can handle multiple tickets in parallel Advantageous qualifications: • Knowledge of Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish. • Valid driver's license (Category B) Additional information: • Location: Sollentuna (Väderholmen) • Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–16:45 (one day per week 07:30–17:00) • Start: Immediately • Duration: Until the end of August, with the possibility of extension Does this sound like you?
