- Good experience in sushi and Japanese cooking.
- A strong passion for sushi and Japanese cuisine.

- Passionate about putting the guest at the center of everything you do.
- Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.

- Capable of taking responsibility and handling stress and high tempo.
- Familiar with and adheres to food safety procedures.

Typical responsibilities:
- Preparing sushi and certain Asian dishes.
- Register work and serving.
- Cleaning, tidying up, and dishwashing.
