We are now looking for a workshop employee who wants to contribute to efficient and safe production through the assembly and order processing of gearboxes, motors, and transmission solutions.

As a workshop employee at Rubix, you work practically with the assembly, adaptation, and handling of electromechanical drive systems. The work mainly involves gearboxes, motors, and associated components, where you ensure that the products meet the customer's requirements for function, quality, and delivery.

You are part of a team where collaboration, safety, and structure are crucial to ensuring stable and efficient workshop operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that received articles match the current work order
• Assemble gearboxes, electric motors, and associated components according to work orders or work descriptions (WD)
• Perform adaptations and simple adjustments to meet customer-specific requirements
• Ensure that products are manufactured according to specifications and quality requirements
• Check function, direction, and assembly before completion

Qualifications:

• Experience in assembly work, preferably within industry, gearboxes, or motors
• General product knowledge, preferably in mechanics or electromechanical products
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Good understanding of quality, delivery precision, and timeframes
• Experience working safely and following HSE requirements

Fixed-term position with the possibility of extension or permanent employment.

Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00
