Job responsibilities and more about the role: As a Dispatcher, you are responsible for daily route planning and operational coordination of delivery assignments within assigned regions, with a focus on ensuring high delivery quality and cost-efficiency. In this role, you work with assigning and optimizing routes, following up on assignments via operational dashboards, and monitoring relevant KPIs to ensure effective decision-making in daily operations.
You act as the main point of contact for carriers, supporting them in real-time, handling deviations, and ensuring clear communication regarding routes, orders, and any challenges. The role also involves contributing to improvement initiatives in route planning and developing a deeper understanding of logistics flows, cost drivers, and performance tracking. As needed, you also support linehaul coordination and handle more complex assignments using relevant systems and tools.

We focus heavily on personal qualities, but we would like you to have a completed upper secondary education or equivalent, and be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is a big plus if you have an interest in IT and/or knowledge of the Intercom system.
