About Us

Do you want to be part of the founding team and build something substantial?

Capio ASIH Södertälje is a newly established unit launching in the autumn. Here, you won't just fill a role in the team; you will help shape the working methods, structure, and culture alongside colleagues in a facility being formed from the ground up.

Capio ASIH specializes in providing home care to patients requiring advanced medical interventions. Like in a hospital, but at home. We visit our patients at least once a week for their scheduled visits, where we check in on their well-being together with the patient and their relatives.

Your Role

As a nursing assistant with us, you have an important and independent role in the patient's daily life.

You work closely with patients in their homes and are often the first to notice changes. This means you need to be able to make your own assessments, identify deviations, and act in consultation with the team.

In this role, you work independently in the patient's home while being part of a multidisciplinary team, actively participating in the planning and follow-up of care. You contribute to creating security for both the patient and their relatives through a professional and present approach. We therefore appreciate that you have experience with formal delegations.

The work schedule includes day, evening, and weekend shifts.

What We Offer
  • Collective agreement
  • Accessible management
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Wellness allowance of 3,000 SEK per year
  • An inclusive workplace where we learn from each other
About You

We are looking for someone who is confident in their professional role and thrives in independent work where you take responsibility for daily tasks. You are a trained nursing assistant and hold a certificate of protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

You have experience working in patients' homes or in other contexts where independence is a natural part of the role, and you are comfortable making your own assessments and acting accordingly. To thrive and succeed in this role, we look for experience in palliative care.

As a person, you are calm, professional, and confident in your interactions with patients and relatives, contributing to a good team spirit in collaboration with colleagues. A valid B-class driver's license is required for the position, and we place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Application

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Therefore, the advertisement may be removed earlier than planned, so don't wait – submit your application today. We look forward to hearing from you!
