We are now looking for a driven and technically interested Operations Technician / IT Operations Technician who wants to ensure stable and secure operation of our IT environments – and contribute to developing and selling our technical solutions to customers.

In this role, you will work with the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of servers, networks, and IT systems. You will handle installations, troubleshooting, and support, as well as participate in identifying customer needs and proposing and selling suitable IT solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Operation and monitoring of servers and networks
• Installation and configuration of IT equipment
• Troubleshooting and support of systems and networks
• Management of backups and restoration
• Maintenance and updating of system environments
• Documentation of networks and IT environments
• Support for users and customers
• Advisory work for customers regarding IT solutions
• Sales of technical solutions and services based on customer needs
• Contribute to the development of existing customer environments

We are looking for someone with

• Experience in IT operations, server management, or networking
• Knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux
• Experience with networks, switches, routers, and firewalls
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Interest in customer contact and business acumen
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required
• Knowledge of virtualization and VMware
• Microsoft 365 and cloud services
• Backup solutions
• Networking equipment from Cisco, Fortinet, or Ubiquiti
• IT security and monitoring systems
• Experience in technical sales or solution sales
