We are currently seeking, on behalf of our client, an engaged Property Caretaker who wants to help develop attractive and well-maintained residential areas. The position is based at one of the client's area offices, for example in Alby, Fittja, or Storvreten.

About the role

As a Property Caretaker, you play a key role in creating a safe and pleasant living environment. You work on continuous improvements in both indoor and outdoor environments and ensure that the properties maintain high quality standards.

Scope: 38 hours/week

Working hours: Monday–Thursday 07:30–16:30, Friday 07:30–14:30

Main responsibilities

• Supervision and maintenance of properties, both indoors and outdoors.
• Rounds of common areas and external environments.
• Follow-up and quality control of contractors' work.
• Responsibility for playgrounds, laundry rooms, quarter premises, elevators, and bomb shelters.
• Handling matters concerning well-being, tenant influence, and disturbance cases.
• Support in litter picking and removal of bulky waste.
• Performing minor repairs.

Who are you?

Qualifications

• Upper secondary education.
• Several years of experience from the property industry.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to perform minor repairs.
• Category B driver's license.
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to work independently and responsibly.
• A listening and professional attitude towards tenants.
