About the role
As a sales-driven private loan officer at Lendo, you play a key role in the team. Your main task is to contact customers who have previously been in contact with Lendo, listen to their needs, and sell the right solution for their specific situation. With a consultative and relationship-building approach, you help the customer find the best solution for them. The purpose is to help them find the best loan based on their individual situation. You will be part of a team of 18 people, and here the phone will truly be your primary tool. You will actively work with needs analysis, applications, and follow-ups to maximize both customer satisfaction and business results.

Responsibilities
- 📞 Contact customers who have previously been in contact with Lendo, listen to their needs, and sell the right solution for their specific situation. The phone will be your primary tool where you actively work with needs analysis, applications, and follow-ups to maximize both customer satisfaction and business results. Therefore, you need to be comfortable having many customer conversations per day and thrive in that environment.

- 🎯 You maintain high phone activity – every call is a chance to help a customer and create added value.
We are looking for you who
- Have previous experience in sales, and a natural feel for creating business and customer value where you see an opportunity in every call. Being communicative, driven, structured, and thriving in a fast-paced work environment with high activity will be crucial.
- Have a completed high school diploma.
- Speak and write fluent Swedish and have a good command of English.

- Have a natural ability to build relationships and trust over the phone.
- Are driven to find sales opportunities and turn them into concrete results.
